I soaked the pieces in water for about an hour and and one piece turned rusty

The CB943 Meat Mincer is designed for hand washing only, and the removable metal parts should not be soaked.
Prolonged immersion in water can cause surface oxidation on steel components. For best results, wash the parts briefly in warm, soapy water, dry them thoroughly immediately afterwards, and lightly lubricate with cooking oil before reassembly — as outlined in the user manual.
If you’d like, our support team can guide you on cleaning and maintenance tips to prevent this from happening again. This is also documented in your appliance care document, which you should have received with the product.
Great prices with excellent customer service. We initially called up with a pricing query which was dealt with very quickly and we placed the order after being dealt with so well.
Whilst they quote a longer lead time which we understand the delivery arrived in two days.

We are sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with our delivery process. All of our deliveries are kerbside delivery only unless otherwise requested.
This is clearly stated at checkout, on our order confirmation, and on the invoice. Unfortunately, we were not made aware before delivery that kerbside delivery would not be suitable, and no special delivery requirements were noted when the order was placed.
We will investigate the comments from the courier, as this is not in line with how we would expect our customers to be spoken with and apologise once again.
However, the refund I have received does not reflect the full amount I originally paid. Deductions have been made, and I do not accept these charges.
I do not believe it is fair or reasonable for money to be removed from my payment when the issue was not caused by any fault on my part. Regardless of your stated delivery terms, I expect the full amount I paid to be refunded to me.
Please provide a full breakdown of the total amount paid, the amount refunded, and the exact charges deducted. I also request that the outstanding balance be refunded without further delay.

the part i ordered came quickly and correct unfortunately I didn't need the part in the end, but the service returning the part and sending back was easy and the staff are super helpful.

Too many calls, voicemails and emails just to confirm the delivery date, no organisation at the office. Just one email confirming the date you're coming is all that is required, not different voicemails, different people phoning, then phoning hotel.
Then when delivery happened, they didn't give us a chance to wheel the old outside and so they had to be called back after drove away!
We cannot leave a freezer on the kerb the whole day when we are just told a window of 8.30-5, give us a minute to put it out when you arrive, it was waiting just inside the door, ridiculous.
Many other companies offering these goods, will go elsewhere next time

To ensure deliveries run smoothly — particularly to hotel sites — we do need to confirm access arrangements, timings and collection details in advance. As we were unable to reach the site directly by phone and email, our team made several attempts to confirm the necessary information so that your scheduled delivery would not be delayed. We appreciate that this may have felt excessive, however it was done to avoid any disruption.
Regarding the collection of the old unit, when the delivery was originally booked it was advised that the item would need to be disconnected and ready outside prior to the driver’s arrival.
Our drivers work within allocated routes and time windows, and unfortunately are unable to wait on site while equipment is disconnected or moved.
We were later advised the unit could be disconnected quickly, and we immediately arranged for transport to return the following day to collect it once confirmed ready.
We are sorry the experience felt frustrating, as this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We do appreciate your feedback and will review our communication process internally to ensure it is as streamlined as possible going forward.
Happy with our new Buffalo water boiler for the church kitchen, replacing a 35 year old Lincat one! Clear website. Good price. Easy ordering. Speedy delivery. Slight dent in side of water boiler but nothing that stops it working like a dream.

Next day delivery was pleasantly unexpected, products were well packaged, overall I was really impressed, cheaper than Amazon and genuinely a better service, would not go anywhere else if these guys have it in stock.
